Terms of Service

MyMealFitness AI ("the Service") is provided by Lawils Consult ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms of Service.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You will not misuse the Service, including by:

• using it for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam;
• infringing intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering);
• attempting to jailbreak the AI or produce prohibited content (illegal material, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, self-harm instructions, or content targeting minors);
• reselling, redistributing, or circumventing technical or plan limits.

The Service uses generative AI to produce meal plans, workouts, coaching messages, and other outputs. Outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for your prompts, how you use outputs, verifying accuracy, and holding rights to any content you input.

MyMealFitness AI is a wellness product and not a medical device. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new diet or exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication.

The Service, including its software, models, prompts, branding, and documentation, is owned by Lawils Consult and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. We may remove or restrict outputs and suspend accounts for repeated infringement or policy violations.

Purchases are billed by Lawils Consult. Payments are securely processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel from the Billing screen. Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled beforehand. See our Refund Policy for money-back terms.

We work to keep the Service available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete associated data after a reasonable retention period.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lawils Consult is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
