If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for any MyMealFitness AI plan (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime). If you signed up for a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial — cancel any time before it ends and you will owe nothing.
How to request a refund
Payments are securely processed by Stripe on behalf of Lawils Consult. To request a refund:
- Contact our support team from the app or email support@mymealfitnessai.com.
- Include the email address you paid with and the approximate date of your order.
- We will confirm eligibility and issue the refund through Stripe.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations & after the refund window
You can cancel any recurring subscription at any time from the Billing screen. You will keep access until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again. Requests made after the 30-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
