Privacy Notice

MyMealFitness AI is operated by Lawils Consult ("we", "us", "our"). Lawils Consult is the data controller for personal data processed through the MyMealFitness AI app and website.

• Account data: name, email address, hashed password, or Google sign-in identifier.
• Profile & wellness data: age range, weight, height, goals, activity level, and other information you enter to personalize plans.
• Usage data: logged meals, workouts, water and sleep entries, streaks, chat history with the AI coach.
• Device & technical data: device type, operating system, app version, language, IP address, crash and diagnostic logs.
• Support data: messages you send us and their attachments.
• Payment metadata: subscription status, plan, and billing period. Card details are collected and stored by our payment processor Stripe, not by us.

• Create and secure your account (contract performance).
• Provide the Service — generate meal plans, workouts, coaching, and progress insights (contract performance).
• Bill and process subscription payments through our payment processor, Stripe (contract performance, legal obligation).
• Detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents (legitimate interests).
• Improve product quality, reliability, and AI outputs, using aggregated or de-identified data where possible (legitimate interests).
• Send transactional messages; send marketing only where you have opted in (consent).

• Service providers / subprocessors: hosting, database, storage, email delivery, analytics, and error monitoring providers acting under contract.
• AI providers: the large-language-model providers that power the AI coach, meal, and workout generators. Prompts and profile context are shared only as needed to produce responses.
• Payment processor: Stripe processes card payments, subscription billing, and refunds on our behalf.
• Professional advisers: legal and accounting advisers under confidentiality.
• Authorities: where required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal data.

Personal data may be processed outside your country, including in the UK, EEA, and United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Account and wellness data are retained while your account is active and for a limited period after deletion for backups, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Stripe retains billing records for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.

Depending on your country you may have the right to:

• access, correct, or delete your personal data;
• restrict or object to processing;
• request portability of your data;
• withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing);
• lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

You can exercise these rights by contacting Lawils Consult through the Support option in the app. We respond within one month.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege database policies — to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

The web version of MyMealFitness AI uses strictly necessary cookies (for sign-in and session) and, where enabled, privacy-preserving analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser.

We will update this notice as our practices evolve. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email before they take effect.
